French Riviera Real Estate
A home with character
on the coast, worth
coming back to
I help clients find villas, apartments and houses on the French Riviera — not just square meters, but a place worth returning to.
About us
Local expertise, personal approach
We are Riviera Roots, a new real estate agency on the French Riviera specialising in houses and villas.
We built this agency to help clients find a property that matches their lifestyle, plans and expectations — from cosy family homes to spacious villas with sea views, a pool, a garden, or a story of their own.
We're personally involved in every project: we get to know what our clients are looking for, shortlist suitable properties, arrange viewings, help compare options, and support communication with sellers and local specialists.
We live and work on the French Riviera, so we can represent our clients on the ground and help them navigate the specifics of the region and the local market.
For us, it matters that searching for and buying property feels clear, transparent and calm. We're happy to work with clients from around the world — those looking for a second home on the coast, and those planning to relocate or buy a villa for full-time living in France.
Our job isn't just to show properties — it's to help clients make sense of what's on offer, notice the details that matter, and make a well-informed decision.
